Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, but remember – each piece of ceramics is a unique creation of my hands.
On each dish, the colors and patterns are arranged slightly differently,
This is an inherent feature and advantage of works created from scratch and entirely by hand.

Where do you ship ?

Worlwide shipping. International customers are solely responsible for any custom fees due upon arrival of orders.

How can I return an item?

At Jira Ceramics Shop, your satisfaction is my priority. We offer hussle-free return policy to ensure you can shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help you.

I understand that sometimes things don't work out. That's why I offer you 30-day return window from the date od purchase. Take your time and decide if your purchase is right for you.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, I will accept a cancellation within 24 hrs of purchasing, just email [email protected] with all your order info please!

Are items microwave and dishwasher safe?

Yes, each pieces are dishwasher and microwave save, but you can extend life of your ceramics with simple tips.

Yes, I am open for individual custom orders and collaboration, but it is affected at the project details you would like to order.
